Afternoon Workshop. 
Thursday April 18th 1:30pm-4:30pm
This is a skills workshop for quilt binding method by machine.
You will learn: Joining binding strips Mitring quilt corners End joining your binding for a flat and professional finish. Finishing hidden hem for invisible stitching.A shorter hand-sewing demo of ‘fold over’ mitred corners will be included. Due to space constraints will be working on small samples to repeat the process several times in the class. Please do not expect to work on your big quilts on the day, this is meant to practice and gain the skills to finish off your quilts at home. Placemats are perfect for this workshop if you would like to prepare these ahead. But if you have a quilt that needs binding and would like some advice, please bring it along on the day as show and tell is always welcomed!
