Standard Diagnosis £15
When dropping your machine off with a known issue there will be a diagnosis fee Applied similar to a ‘call out’ fee.
This Fee is waived if repairs are carried out.
Minor Repairs £45 +parts
Small repairs, Adjustments or replacement of ‘consumable’ parts. Discount may be given on some work carried out as a result of Service checks.

Service & Deep Clean £65
This Service includes inspection only, no adjustments or work will be carried out before customer consultation and estimate given and charges are agreed.
All Prices and estimates apply to domestic lockstitch machines only.

We do not work on machines under warranty or embroidery machines.

All charges are discussed and agreed before any work is carried out.
A receipt of purchase will be provided for any parts acquired for replacement.
A service/repair report will be given with your receipt.
