When dropping your machine off with a known issue there will be a diagnosis fee applied, similar to a ‘call out’ fee.  Jenny will discuss the issue at drop off, make checks, then call to discuss the issue before carrying out any work.   
 
 If you are happy to proceed with any work to be carried out this diagnosis fee is waived. 
 
 In the circumstance you are not happy to continue with work or repairs needed you will be responsible for this diagnosis Fee of £25 before collecting your machine.
